Combination Flu and Fever=Fluver

Flu and fever suffer me a lot . Tersiksa sangat tersiksa . Tuhan je tau mcm mana tersiksa bila bangun tidur , nak makan pon tk selera . Mcm mana nii . Tak kesah la . As soon as possible I'll recover soon . Kalau tk pergi klinik pun , I'll recover . Haha .
But I have some tips to share to recover from fluuuuu . It's sometimes uncomfortable . Ain't it ?

  1. Drink plenty of water because it's help to fight the FLU . our body need fluids! or drink orange juice because it's contains vitamin C.
  2. Get enough sleep! -I got flu maybe because of this because lack of proper sleep !
  3. Eat the nutrious food to recover this fricking flu . Such as chicken soup because it helps keep our body fluids up or porridge
  4. Do exersice regularly , 3 times a week or 2 times a week.
That's it , I do some reasearch in Google , don't blame me if these facts are wrong . Haha . I'll try to follow this muahaha .
