But I have some tips to share to recover from fluuuuu . It's sometimes uncomfortable . Ain't it ?
- Drink plenty of water because it's help to fight the FLU . our body need fluids! or drink orange juice because it's contains vitamin C.
- Get enough sleep! -I got flu maybe because of this because lack of proper sleep !
- Eat the nutrious food to recover this fricking flu . Such as chicken soup because it helps keep our body fluids up or porridge
- Do exersice regularly , 3 times a week or 2 times a week.
